Anticipation builds...Testing begins on new LUAS line at Spencer Dock Bridge.   The Luas Red Line, which is set to open in December, will carry passengers over the Spencer Dock Bridge across the Royal Canal and along Mayor Street to the Point Depot. It is estimated that up to 25,000 people will work in the proximity of Spencer Dock, with a further 6,000 living there by its completion in 2014.Photo Shane O Neill / Fennells
