Meters and provides it’s own detched and secure yard.Fund manager for AIPUT believes that the location will be highly sought after from businesses in the sector who wish to capitalise on its prime location.

Speaking recently Mr. Smith remarked Secure detached units of this size and quality are a rarity in core locations in Glasgow, and we believe there will be strong market interest for this warehouse space. Our HQ facility, with its strong prominence and profile, provides excellent flexibility given its size, configuration and office content. A dedicated self-contained yard with staff parking gives this facility additional security and operational efficiencies, whilst The Hub also benefits from a range of warehouse access via four dock level and four floor level loading.”

Some of the other logistics businesses that operate close to the location of the new hub include British Airways and DHL.  Mr. Smith believes that the location will generate huge interest from businesses from within the industry and expects the space to be highly sought after “This prime logistics unit represents AIPUT’s dedication to delivering excellent strategic cargo and logistic space for its customers, and we very much look forward to securing a high-caliber tenant in due course.”
